We were contacted by a client that lives in the 2nd-floor apartment of a Victorian 3 Storey house in Cambridge.  After carrying out our free survey and quotation, they decided to go ahead with the stone renovation works required.

Scaffolding was erected and the original stone dismantled to and including string below frieze course of the 2nd storey bay window.
Supplying new Bathstone string course, new coping stones, stone corbels and centre freeze, all moulded to match original stone.
New R/H and L/H window heads were also supplied.

All new stone and existing stone that could be reused was rebuilt with s/s fixings and all open joint re-pointed with lime based mortars.  A new lead tray was fitted to the roof of the new bay window.
